For this project, I developed the full visual identity and event branding for Harvest, an exclusive donor experience hosted by JH Ranch at the renowned Blackberry Farm. Designed for a small group of about 22 couples, the weekend invited longtime supporters into an intimate and immersive celebration of how far JH Ranch has come—and where the ministry is headed as it approaches its 50-year milestone in 2030.
The creative direction emphasized the event’s central theme: the parable of seeds and harvest from Matthew 13. Just as the ministry has grown through faithful seed-planting over generations, the event identity needed to feel rooted, organic, humble, and abundant. Every touchpoint—from the invitations embedded with plantable seeds, to printed materials, gift boxes, and digital assets—reinforced the idea that small beginnings lead to extraordinary growth.
Throughout the weekend, guests enjoyed a curated three-night, all-inclusive experience: farm-to-table meals, private activities across the Blackberry Farm property, intimate dinner gatherings, and sessions with guest speakers including Bob Goff. My branding aimed to create a cohesive visual atmosphere that matched Blackberry Farm’s refined hospitality while reflecting JH Ranch’s legacy and spiritual fruitfulness.
Ultimately, the Harvest brand became the thread that connected gratitude, a vision for the future, and donor engagement—helping JH Ranch honor its supporters and inspire them toward continued partnership in cultivating “a bountiful harvest” for the next generation.
As for what was sown on good soil, this is the one who hears the word and understands it. He indeed bears fruit and yields, in one case a hundredfold, in another sixty, and in another thirty.
